ACU manages your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy https://www.acu.edu.au/privacy, our privacy obligations under the Privacy Act, 1988, and, where applicable, international regulations, such as the EU/UK’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

Your personal information will be used for the purpose of providing you with a Learning Hub account to access learning and development content. Providing your consent for use of your personal information is not required by law. However, if you do not consent, you will be unable to access the Learning Hub.  

Your information will be shared with the Third Party (Androgogic vendor of Totara Learning) and managed in accordance with its privacy policy when you are in the Learning Hub. If you are outside of Australia, your personal information will be transferred to Australia. Your personal information will be stored securely by the vendor in an ACU-approved environment in Australia.
